Responsibility is an essential part of our business

Curida works continuously with the three pillars: environmental, social and corporate governance responsibility. It is at the core of Curida to have a safe and inclusive workplace for everyone and to help employees in their development. We adhere to National and International laws and regulations and strive for a transparent culture throughout the organization.

When operating in Norway, we take many things for granted. Most of our electricity is from renewable, hydroelectric energy. We have an education system aimed at offering everyone equal opportunities. Our working life is based on trust, cooperation and openness to the world. Authorities, unions and industry work together with a common goal of having a robust economy, whilst protecting employee rights and safety.

  • Curida is running several projects to reduce our CO2 emission and contribute to a healthier planet

  • Our approval process for suppliers includes sustainability criteria
  • We recycle plastic waste from the production 
  • Curida was built by the employees, and many of them have shares in the company

  • We have trainee programs, we work with labour and welfare services to include more people in work life, and we support local organizations
  • Curida utilizes a validated HSE system and we elect safety representatives. Our working environment is monitored through regular employee surveys
  • Curida follows all National and International laws and regulations
  • We follow the transparency act and work for fundamental human rights and decent working
    conditions throughout the supply chain
  • There is equal pay for all genders and we monitor this to mitigate potential pay gaps
  • The management and the board are independent of each other
  • We are a diverse company, this is a priority
