Curida are happy to announce that Ole J. Dahlberg will assume the role as CEO for the company, as of January 2023. Dahlberg brings 25 years of experience from the life science industry. Over the past 15 years Dahlberg has been in executive leadership roles in Life Technologies, as Managing Director for Norway based Dynal Biotech, and later for Thermo Fisher Scientific. Dahlberg has previously co-founded three start-up companies and worked both on the commercial side, and in R&D leadership roles, for German Biotech company Qiagen.
Until 2021 Dahlberg was based in California, USA, working as Vice President & General Manager with responsibility for Thermo Fisher Scientific’s Cell Biology Division. Dahlberg holds a Master of Science in Genetics and Marine Biology from University of Oslo.

Leif Rune Skymoen, co-founder and current CEO of Curida, has been appointed General Manager of the Association of the Pharmaceutical Industry in Norway (LMI), an organization on which he has previously served a total of seven years on the Board of Directors. LMI is the Norwegian industry association for pharma and biotech companies.

The exact date for change of Curida CEO has not been set, but Dahlberg and Skymoen will work together over the coming months to ensure at good transition.
